Privacy policy
This policy describes the rules for processing personal data and using cookies in the VELOCE Driving School Service.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is VELOCE Driving School, NIP: 5291523313, address: Na Laski 4a, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, email: perlowskimichal@wp.pl, phone: 510 254 424.
2. What data we process
Depending on how you contact us, we may process: first name and surname, phone number, email address, message content, and technical data related to site use (e.g. IP address, browser type), where they follow from the Service's operation or analytics tools enabled after consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- handling enquiries and contact (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR),
- running the business and presenting the offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- fulfilling legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- analytics and marketing only after consent to the relevant cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to IT service providers (hosting, email, Service maintenance) and, where consent is given, also to analytics or marketing tool providers. Data is not sold.
5. Retention period
Correspondence data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any defence of claims. Cookie preferences are stored locally in the browser until changed or deleted.
6. Rights of the data subject
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). For data-related matters write to: perlowskimichal@wp.pl.
7. Cookies
The Service uses cookies necessary for the site to work (including remembering consent preferences). Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel) are activated only after consent in the banner or cookie settings. You can change consent in the site footer ("Cookie settings").
External tools may process data outside the EEA; in that case GDPR-compliant mechanisms are used (e.g. standard contractual clauses), where required by the providers.
8. Policy changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is available at /polityka-prywatnosci.
